At New Body Chiropractic and Wellness Center we provide an outstanding experience by taking the time to listen to the patient, thoroughly examine them, educate them on what condition they are suffering from and then deliver the appropriate treatment to help them achieve their goals. At our office you will always receive the best care possible whether you are seeking chiropractic care for the first time, for a single visit or as part of your ongoing healthy lifestyle.
Your initial visit will begin with some simple paperwork to help us learn about your current health concerns and your health history. Once the doctor reviews your paperwork he will have a consultation with you. After the consultation, if the doctor feels we can help you with these concerns we will proceed to the examination. If not, we will make every effort to refer you to someone that can potentially help.
The examination will consist of range of motion, neurological, orthopedic and postural testing to help more clearly identify your condition. After the examination if your condition warrants, digital x-rays will be taken in our office and available within minutes to help more accurately diagnose your condition and determine the most effective treatment.
Once your testing is complete, our doctor will clearly explain your condition to you. After you’ve had all your questions answered we will begin treatment to help you start feeling better and achieving your health goals.
Massage
At New Body Chiropractic and Wellness Center we offer massage to help our patients with acute pain, chronic conditions, stress relief and also as an accent to chiropractic and/or acupuncture treatments. Our licensed massage therapists are trained in a variety of techniques such as deep tissue, neuromuscular, myofascial release and trigger point therapy among others.
At your massage appointment our therapist will review your diagnosis and ask relevant questions related to your condition in order to personalize the most effective treatment for you. Your therapist will then select the appropriate technique(s) to assist you based upon your symptoms, case history and personal preferences. Massages are typically booked for 30 or 60 minutes but can be modified if desired. Regardless of what length you choose, each massage will leave you feeling better and more energized!
Metabolic Testing
Metabolic Testing is an FDA approved test used to provide you with the specific amount of calories your body requires per day as well as your resting energy expenditure. The test utilizes a state of the art device to give a printout of these values to help you with weight loss, improved athletic performance, and more!
